TopDaycareNearMe is an independent online directory that aggregates information about childcare and daycare providers from state licensing databases and other public sources, to help parents discover and compare providers.

Listing information is provided “as is” and “as available,” may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date, and is drawn from third-party and public sources. We do not verify, endorse, recommend, license, or guarantee any provider listed. We are not affiliated with any listed provider or with any government or licensing agency.

You are responsible for your own childcare decisions. Before choosing any provider, you must independently verify its licensing status, safety record, references, and suitability — directly with the provider and with your state’s childcare licensing authority. A listing on this site is not a recommendation and does not imply any level of quality or safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopDaycareNearMe is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, your reliance on any listing or information, or your interactions with any provider. You use the Service at your own risk.

Listings and corrections

Provider information comes from public sources. Providers may request to claim, correct, or remove their listing by contacting us.

You agree not to misuse the Service, scrape or copy its content at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
